Create a social action business
The "Dreams in Action" project is implemented to create social entrepreneurship by war-affected women in Ukraine by implementing a training program and providing mentoring and financial support. The newly created community will have the opportunity to further support each other and do charity work to support socially significant projects.

RECRUITING PARTICIPANTS FOR THE FREE DREAM IN ACTION TRAINING PROGRAM WITH FINANCIAL, MENTORING AND EXPERT SUPPORT FROM ITS BEST GRADUATES
The National Network for the Development of Local Philanthropy is launching the "Dreams in Action" program to strengthen the role of women in Ukrainian society, support them in self-realization and increase confidence in their abilities, and will work in two directions: promoting the creation of businesses by female participants and developing philanthropy.
The opportunity is just for you if:
You are an adult citizen of Ukraine;
You currently live in the Rivne, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Ternopil, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, or Mykolaiv regions (excluding regional centers);
You have an active social position and are ready to help others;
Ready to take responsibility for training and actively participate in it;
Women affected by the full-scale invasion are also invited to participate.
The training will take place during May-July 2023.During this time, you will take 10 practical online classes and start working on your business plan under the guidance of experienced experts.
After completing the training, you will:
You will learn to create creative and profitable business ideas;
You will get acquainted with social entrepreneurship and understand that you can help others without additional efforts;
You learn about effective planning of business processes;
You will overcome the fear of the abbreviations FOP, LLC, PJSC, PrJSC;
You will work out the marketing strategy in detail;
Get acquainted with the possibilities of attracting business financing;
You will learn to adequately evaluate current affairs and control processes.
After successful completion of the program, 20 female graduates receive financial support, mentoring and expert support for a year, and will be able to create social changes together.
The initiative is being implemented with the technical support of @unwomenukraine and with funding from the UN Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) @wphfund, a flexible and operational funding tool that supports quality interventions to improve the capacity of local women in conflict prevention, crisis and emergency response and use key peacebuilding opportunities. WPHF provides emergency funding to local women's civil society organizations (CSOs) in Ukraine. With technical support from UN Women, WPHF funds women's organizations and women-led CSOs to support their critical frontline work, provide urgent humanitarian assistance to refugee women and internally displaced persons (IDPs), and protect women and girls from sexual and gender-based violence .
