The National Network for the Development of Local Philanthropy in partnership with Caritas Ukraine is organizing Meeting for Change.
The event aims to create more equal partnerships and increase the localization index in Ukraine. That is why the meeting will bring together 20 international donors and 60 local Ukrainian NGOs to create new collaborations.We want to increase the percentage of resources that go directly to local NGOs and increase the level of trust from the international community.

Harvest WayThis is a charitable agricultural project established in 2023 in cooperation with the Robert Bosch Stiftung.It is a project to develop and support local vegetable growing, which will contribute to food security and support people in communities. This is an opportunity for those who have small gardens or a few beds near their homes and are interested in learning how to use them effectively to support their families. The Harvest Way project provides mentoring from experts and targeted financial assistance.The project involves 5 communities: Bar, Stryi, Novoyavorivsk, Voznesensk, and Boyarka.

As part of the Sprouts of Goodness project, a lesson was held in a children's group to harmonize emotions, develop attention and creativity.
At the Kharkiv Community Foundation "Toloka", within the framework of the project "Sprouts of Goodness", which is being implemented with the support of the international organization INARA, the children's group was dedicated to the harmonization of emotions, the development of attention and creativity. In the teenage group, we discussed the difficult topic of violence, analyzed its types and our body's reaction to it, and did psychological exercises.

Conference for participants of the project "Dreams in Action"
For two months, the participants of the "Dreams in Action" project were trained in social entrepreneurship and worked on creating their own social businesses.We supported 20 women who received non-refundable financial assistance in the amount of UAH 370,000 thousand to realize their dreams.

The Ridnia Community Foundation has a new baby, the Boryslav Youth Initiative Bank.It was born out of a youth initiative group that, with the help of Ridnia, implemented a project to help soldiers being treated at the Truskavets hospital.The Bank was headed by schoolgirl Ivanka Sokhan, who took over the reins from Nazar Kuzan, who had already become a student in Kyiv. The group united forty young Boryslav residents, from schoolchildren to college and university students, with a common idea. Their youth initiatives became noticeable even in Kyiv, so a donor from the capital donated grants to hold a project competition among Boryslav schoolchildren.

Residents of a small town united and rebuilt a dormitory for IDPs. A woman from a village in the Kirovohrad region opened her production of food kits for the military, which was joined by dozens of volunteers. A cultural public organization collects money for military first aid kits by organizing the concerts. Local initiatives, which often develop into local NGOs, instantly respond to the needs of society, because they are part of it.
