Tender for design development and production of branding (printed) products

National Network for the Development of Local Philanthropy announces a tender for the production of branding (printing) products as part of the project of holding the Conference of Community Funds of Ukraine 2022.

1. Branded notebooks, 24 white sheets - 80 pieces

2. Thick fleeces (women's and men's, size grid will be provided additionally) - 45 pieces

3. Branded shoppers - 80 pieces

4. Thermoses - 45 pieces

5. Poverbanks, drawing a design on the powerbanks provided by us - 45 pieces

6. Design development for all the above positions

References for printing (branding) products will be provided additionally by the customer.

SOURCE OF FINANCING THE PURCHASE

The purchase was financed within the framework of the project "Emergency support of community funds" within the framework of the Agreement between the Foundation Ch.S. MOTTA and the Public Organization "Initiative Center for Promoting the Activity and Development of the Public Movement "Unity"

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER, IT IS NECESSARY TO SEND:

• Letter of interest and price offer;

• Resume (portfolio) indicating previous experience in the production of printing products and printing on textiles;

• Copies of the certificate of state registration (for those registered before 05/07/2011, if they were not issued an extract) or Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, in which indicates the main types of activities.

Qualification requirements of the contractor:

The presence of professional experience in the field of production of printed and branded materials;

Availability of technical means and appropriate equipment, professional personnel with knowledge and experience in the specified field;

Links to samples of previous works/portfolios;

Ability to meet deadlines.

All products must be printed and delivered to the customer no later than 01.12.2022.

The winner of the tender will be determined by reviewing and checking the submitted proposals for compliance with the conditions of the competition, set out in the tender documentation.

The winner of the tender does not necessarily have to be the supplier that offered the lowest price for the provision of goods, works, and services. The selection of the supplier among the submitted offers is based on the ratio of quality to price.

The participant of this general procedure (open tender) takes into account and agrees with the fact that the tender organizer reserves the right to demand from the tender participant additional documents and/or information confirming the compliance of individual provisions of the documents with the requirements and conditions of this tender announcement.
