TENDER FOR PROVIDER OF SERVICES OF ORGANIZATION AND CONDUCT OF TEAM TRIPS OF YOUTH BANKS TO PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS IN JULY-OCTOBER 2021

The National Network for the Development of Local Philanthropy announces a tender for organizing and conducting team trips of youth banks to partner organizations in July-October 2021 within the project "Movement of Youth Banks of Ukraine: Promoting the Culture of Philanthropy and Involving Youth in Civil Society".

Services for organizing and conducting team (7 teams of 5 people for 3 days) trips of youth banks to partner youth banks of other communities in July-October 2021 in the framework of the project.

Venue - Berezan, Stryi, Domanivka, Rivne, Novoyavorivsk, Bar, Voznesensk.

This purchase is necessary for the logistical support of visits of youth teams to partner organizations in 7 settlements.

Required:

Purchase of travel documents - 7 trips

Catering for participants - 7 trips of 3 days

Accommodation will be provided at the expense of the host organization's own contribution.

TERM OF PROVISION

August 1 - October 30, 2021.

SOURCE OF PROCUREMENT FINANCING

The procurement is funded under the Civil Society Sector Support Initiative program, funded by ISAR Unity and the United States Agency for International Development, in accordance with the approved budget.

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER IT IS NECESSARY TO SEND:

Letter of interest and price offer;

Summary of previous experience in organizing group trips;

Contacts of sponsors who have cooperated with service providers and can provide feedback on cooperation;

Copies of the certificate of state registration (for those registered before 07.05.2011, if they were not issued an Extract) or Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, in which the main types of activity are indicated.

Criteria for evaluation of commercial offers:

Price (evaluation will be based on a comparison of the proposed prices submitted by participants. The highest score on this criterion will be given to the participant with the most economically advantageous price offer).

Existence of experience in the organization of events, including group trips (evaluation by the criterion will be calculated based on the review of documents by the tender committee).
