We are looking for a trainer to conduct training for young people on the topic of event management.

On October 29, as part of the event for youth banks of initiatives, training on the management of charity events will be held to improve the skills of young people in this field.

When: October 29

Where: Stryi

Format. Offline format for 8 hours with two breaks for coffee and lunch.

Audience. Active youth aged 14 to 18 who are members of youth initiative banks and organize their projects and various events in their city.

The main tasks for the training:

• to teach young people theoretical and practical knowledge of conducting events to cite
• various cases of organization of charity events,
• give tasks to be worked out in teams regarding the planning of the next events that the youth will organize
• tasks to analyze previous activities and what could be improved or done

• Topics differently for theoretical and practical knowledges
• Search for an idea for a charity event
• Organization of the fundraising system
• Types of charity events

Expected result:

- The youth knows both in theory and in practice how to hold high-quality events and how to organize the entire process.

- The youth developed a plan for organizing charity events.
