The RIDNIA Community Foundation Charitable Foundation welcomed guests from the Council of Europe, including: Ms. Verena Taylor, Director of the Office of the Directorate General for Programs of the Council of Europe, Mr. Stan Nyorlov, Head of the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine, and Volodymyr Kebalo, Involvement Manager the public in the democratic decision-making process in Ukraine "and Mr. Oleg Dukas - Council of Europe expert.
The Ridnya Community Foundation was represented by Petro Makovsky, Chairman of the Foundation's Supervisory Board, Marta Ostapovych, Member of the Supervisory Board, Sviatoslav Surma and Ihor Koverdan, Coordinators of the Foundation, and volunteers Yuriy Komarnytskyi and Oleh Koverdan.
The meeting was dedicated to reporting on the work done in joint projects with the Council of Europe. In particular, they mentioned joint participation in the process of consultations on the development of Chornovil Avenue, in the preparation and promotion of the Statute of the community, in the implementation of the public budget in the Stryi community.
Currently, the views are focused on holding the first public project competition in the Stryi community and creating opportunities for the implementation of the school budget.
Representatives of the foundation also expressed their wishes on the forms of future cooperation.
