The Boyar Community Foundation has opened a fundraising account and helps those who find themselves in a difficult situation without vital means.
As of March 20, the fund was only able to partially satisfy the applications. With regard to L-thyroxine, the foundation notes that pharmacies are cautiously hoping that the drug will appear in a week and a half.
The Foundation is currently resuming the acceptance of orders for medicines and medical supplies from community members, but cannot provide guarantees in these circumstances.
