In Vinnytsia region, the public stage of defending the projects of the Vinnytsia Regional Council's Comfortable Communities competition has come to an end. The executive administrators of the competition were FG "Podilska Hromada" together with Vinnytsia Regional Association of Local Self-Government Bodies
Within the framework of the competition the projects of the districts were presented:
- Vinnytsia (34 projects)
- Mohyliv-Podilskyi (13 projects),
- Tulchynsky (17 projects),
- Gaisinsky (31 projects),
- Zhmerynsky (16 projects)
- Khmilnytsky (18 projects).
The evaluation criteria are as follows:
- the importance of solving the problem of the community for its residents, the size of the project coverage of the community;
- clarity and reality of the description of the project implementation plan;
- compliance of the project results with its purpose and objectives;
- specificity and clarity of expected results;
- the applicant and partners have effective management experience (including staff, equipment and ability to manage the project budget) and experience in project implementation.
A total of 129 projects were admitted to the presentations, which were voted in the communities and analyzed for compliance with technical requirements and completeness.
