At the invitation of Žemaitijos šaulių 8 rinktinė and with the support of the Community Development Fund, the children of volunteers and soldiers had the opportunity to relax at the sports and entertainment camp Balsių kampena, which was held from August 11 to 19.
After eight days in the camp, a surprise awaited the children in the capital of Lithuania: a meeting with Diana Nausedene - the first lady of Lithuania.
But the busy program continued. The children visited the Museum of Statehood, the Museum of Lithuanian Princes, the KGB Museum and the Trakai Castle.
Filled with impressions, the children have already returned home.

Transportation costs from Ukraine to Lithuania and back, accommodation and meals during the trip for children from Ukraine were taken over by Isar Ednannia within the framework of the EMERGENCY GRANTS program - Grant competition for community funds of Ukraine.
