What is the School of Community Foundations?
It is a one-year training programme for organisations or individuals who are planning to start their own organisation and try the Community Foundation model.
Who can apply?
If you, living in a town or village, see a problem and solve it, influence changes in the community, you are a community leader or an existing local organisation, then this opportunity is for you.
Stages of the School of Community Foundations:
1. School-intensive, during which you will receive training from existing foundations and invited trainers;
2. Getting a mentor for the organisation to improve its activities;
3. Opportunity to exchange experience with other community foundations;
4. Receiving a grant for the development of organisational/grant capacity.
During the event you will have the opportunity to:
Learn more about the activities of community foundations
Try yourself in the role of a foundation
Hear about the experience of existing organisations
Applications are accepted until 10 May at 18:00
The results of the selection will be announced by 13 May by e-mail
The intensive school will take place on
20-24 May
offline in the Kyiv region
