For two days, the ShelterBox team conducted training on humanitarian response. Community foundations and NMRLF teams had the opportunity to understand in detail the full cycle of ShelterBox humanitarian aid work.
During the event, we studied
- how the cluster system works,
- how to comply with the principles of non-discrimination and "do no harm",
- what to look for when organizing the space for the distribution of humanitarian aid and choosing a warehouse,
- how to manage warehouse stocks,
- testing the feedback service with aid recipients.
- and many other topics that affect the effectiveness of project implementation
Community foundations also shared their vision of processes and years of experience in humanitarian response. The communication was useful and informative for both sides of the process.
We thank ShelterBox for the useful knowledge that will help us implement our projects more effectively.
