The "Warm City" platform restores the artistic direction in its program activities. In partnership with the innovation center Promprylad.Renovation, an ambitious project with the working name "Promprylad.Artcenter" is being launched.
The project will begin its work in the space where the Detector Gallery was located, and in a few years should be transformed into a large center of contemporary art, which will open on the territory of Promprylad. Renovation and will have an area of 1140 sq.m. In fact, the center of contemporary art will be located at one of the main entrances to the innovation center, so that everyone who just goes to Promprylad. Renovation from Andriy Melnyk Street will already be in the art space.
Lilia Gogol, the founder and curator of the Detector Gallery, will become the art director of the Promprylad.Artsentr project. She commented on the start of the new project as follows:
I have been involved in art projects in Ivano-Frankivsk since 2015, each time different formats of events and my roles in them, but I always want the number, quality and scale of cultural projects in the city to continue to grow.
