The significance of the invasion of Ukraine in 2014 and the tragic consequences of the total war currently being waged against the Ukrainian people by the Russian Federation was discussed. The event took place during the non-governmental forum of the 66th session of the Commission on the Status of Women of the United Nations. The event was addressed by the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy Kateryna Levchenko, Director of the Ukrainian Women's Lobby Marion Becker, President of the Dobra Volia Foundation (Poland) Alina Doboszewska, Hamburg activist Anna Kosach, members of the National Women's Council of Ukraine.
