The conference of youth initiative banks was held in Ternopil on July 13-15.
7 youth teams together with coordinators gathered to summarize their work over the past 4 months, and the participants had group discussions, practical training on video filming, and strategic sessions for the next six months of YBI work.
The participants of the IBI model are teenagers aged 14-20, so it is important for the National Network for the Development of Local Philanthropy, the organization that has been implementing the project since 2021, to support them not only within the IBI model but also to provide the necessary knowledge for their future.
That's why the conference featured a guest speaker, career expert Andriy Atroshchenko, who gave a lecture on the most relevant professions in the coming years and the role of young people in rebuilding Ukraine.
The Youth Initiative Bank conferences are not only about acquiring new knowledge and skills, but also about building a youth community that strives to create change in their community.
