The Toloka Foundation of the Kharkiv Community performs two important tasks during the war in Ukraine: to support and unite Ukrainians through culture, and to tell Ukraine to our partners abroad.
The Foundation carries them out through events such as the "Concert between Explosions", the organization of music concerts in metro depots, hospitals and volunteer centers; through cooperation with the media and with our friends in different countries.
