The traditional KharkivMusicFest took place in Kharkiv

January 23 was a bright concert of the Children's Symphony Orchestra KharkivMusicFest "Music Storytelling", conductor - Nazar Yakobenchuk,

Laureate of the III International Competition of Conductors named after Stefan Turchak.

Today the orchestras are engaged in collaboration with conductors from Ukraine, the USA and Europe, concerts in Kharkiv and abroad. The orchestra should become a model not only for children's but also for professional orchestras. That is why further improvement of the performing skills of its musicians, expanding its composition, updating and replenishing the fund of musical instruments is currently one of the priorities of the organizing committee of the Festival, and thus the Kharkiv community fund "Toloka", which organizes KharkivMusicFest.

To date, a list of 10 instruments to be purchased in the first place: violins, viola, cellos, double bass, English horn, bass clarinet and timpani.

In December 2021, the first charity auction was held, which raised almost 300 thousand hryvnias out of the required 428 thousand.

On the eve of the concert, some instruments were bought: violins, three-quarter and full-size, German brand Franz Sandner, viola brand Karl Hofner and three-quarter cello Roth & Junius. So during the concert, these instruments were played in the orchestra.

On behalf of the young orchestras, and on behalf of the festival, the community foundation thanks those who took part in the auction and financed the purchase of instruments:
