The Podilska Hromada Community Foundation addresses special words of gratitude to Peterborough, a sister city of Vinnytsia, including representatives of the Union of Ukrainians, which operates at St.Olga ukrainian church in Peterborough, UK.
With the support of the local community, they managed to collect a whole truckload of provisions, first aid kits, clothes, hygiene products and household chemicals. And this, for a second, is a 10-ton cargo!
The community of Ukrainians in Peterborough was organized for good deeds by Yuri Zhuravel and Alla Irodenko, who have been living and working in this city for many years. They initiated the collection of aid with the beginning of the war and continue to support their compatriots.
