Registered public organizations, parish communities, educational institutions, local self-government bodies and initiative groups in partnership with registered public organizations can take part in the Competition. Preference will be given to public organizations and active community centers that aim to change the quality of life in their communities, actually involve volunteers in their projects, involve funding from local people, entrepreneurs and receive financial and organizational support from local authorities.
Within the framework of the Competition, funds will be allocated for the implementation of projects that will correspond to the programs operating in the fund of communities "Ridnya":
- "Assistance to the needy" - up to UAH 30,000.
- "Assistance to children with special needs" - up to UAH 30,000,
- "Local initiatives" - up to 10 thousand UAH,
- Youth Bank Initiatives - up to UAH 10,000,
- "Local School of Community Funds" - up to UAH 10,000,
- "Good host" (creation of sufficient educational and production infrastructure in the community, through which the community can learn to ensure its food, financial, fuel, energy, social and information self-sufficiency, as well as its effective sustainable development) - up to 50 thousand UAH.
One organization or initiative group can submit an unlimited number of project ideas. It is important that each project idea has a separate responsible person, and the initiative group has at least 50% different composition.
Existing public organizations or initiative groups in individual settlements are encouraged to participate in the Local Community Funds School program.
Completion of applications for project ideas - March 20, 2022 at 24:00
After considering the applications for project ideas, the participants of the competition will be offered free training until March 25, 2022 to fill in the project applications for funding.
After the training, successful project proposals on the basis of expert evaluation will receive funding in the amount according to the program. Larger amounts are allowed, but will require a separate decision from the Ridnya Community Fund.
