The Kramatorsk Community Development Fund has established a consulting center in Druzhkivka. Since the beginning of the year, the bureau has received more than 100 appeals. The most common digital issues are, for example:
- how to install Action or other useful applications on your smartphone,
- how to register on the website of public utilities and use the personal account,
- how electronic government services work - PFC, Migration Service,
- How to get a "green certificate" in the Action and Support card
The organization is open to appeals and ready to help the community.
