20 women started/expanded their social enterprises as part of the "Dreams in Action" project

Throughout the year, the participants mastered the field of social entrepreneurship, studied a lot, collaborated with mentors, and actively implemented their ideas.

The goal of the Dreams in Action project is to strengthen the role of women in Ukrainian society, support them in self-realization and increase their self-confidence. We worked in two areas: facilitating the creation of businesses by the participants and developing charity.

"The social component is very important to me, because today each of us is responsible for our future, and if we think and analyze the problems we face today, we can solve and prevent them in the future. Therefore, for me, it is not only charity, it is also a part of philanthropy, when we try to do everything to avoid the same challenges in our future."

Daryna Bohoslavska is the founder of the educational center "Lof.tspace"

educational center in Cherkasy.

The project ended with a conference, during which we had the opportunity to meet the social enterprises urban space 500 and the museum in the dark

"Three After Midnight Museum, learn more about the expansion of the enterprise, and how to work with staff. An important part of the program was strategizing the future plans of the Dreams in Action community of entrepreneurs.

Facing similar challenges, the girls formed a strong community and continue to help each other. The entrepreneurs are ready to provide mentoring support to those who want to start their own social enterprises, share their experience, support financially and train, develop their own communities and philanthropy.

We are proud of everyone who has realized their enterprise and wish to move forward from dreams to dreams.
