The "Podilska hromada" community fund managed to provide the soldiers of the "Charter" Voluntary formation of territorial communiti, with shoes in accordance with the autumn weather. This is the first voluntary battalion from the hero city of Kharkiv, which fights as part of the 127th separate brigade.
The "Charter" was formed by caring men and women of Kharkiv who, in a difficult time for the city and the country, took up arms and courageously defended Ukrainian freedom. The name of the unit was given by the Ukrainian writer Serhiy Zhadan. Defenders of Kharkiv are supported by both local businesses and volunteers and philanthropists from all over the world, because Kharkiv is an outpost of Ukraine on the eastern borders.
