The Kharkiv community fund "Toloka" in a joint project with the Kharkiv-Nuremberg twinning society Partnerschaftsverein Charkiw-Nürnberg, which is still ongoing, was purchased for the Institute of General and Emergency Surgery named after Zaitseva video surgical complex for laparoscopic operations.
This is due to the increased number of round-the-clock appeals from sick and injured residents of the region who need urgent laparoscopic cavity operations.
