Children from the summer club "Diy! Reach! Surprise!" summer club watched the documentary The Land of Electrical Waste. The screening was organized as part of the Docudays UA film club at the Voznesensk Community Foundation.
Every year, almost 50 million tons of electronic waste are accumulated in the world. A large part of used and unnecessary electrical goods from developed countries are shipped to third world countries. Most of them are illegally exported as second-hand goods, although they are actually junk.
