On May 27, a significant event took place in the charitable sector of Kherson region - the award ceremony of the winners of the National Competition "Charitable Ukraine 2020" and the regional competition "Charitable Kherson Region".
The National Charitable Ukraine Competition is an annual all-Ukrainian competition founded by the All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine. For the eighth year in a row, starting from 2013, the regional competition "Charitable Kherson Region" is held within the framework of the National Competition "Charitable Ukraine".
Kyiv received 1,163 applications from the whole of Ukraine for the National Charitable Ukraine 2020 Competition, including 41 from the Kherson region.
The winners were determined at the national and regional levels by the National Expert Council. She instructed the Kherson Community Foundation "Protection", which is the official representative of the National Competition in the Kherson region, to hold an award ceremony for winners and laureates in four categories: "Philanthropist of the Year", "Social Charity", "Local Charity" and "Good Begins". from you ".
Two philanthropists of Kherson region are defined as the best at the national level. Second degree diplomas were awarded to:
famous philanthropist Yuri Rozhkov (Kherson) - nomination "Philanthropist of the Year",
club "Leader" of the Kherson center of extracurricular activities of the Kherson city council (the head of the club - Advokatova Svetlana) - nomination "Charitable youth initiatives".
The winners of the regional competition "Charitable Kherson Region -2020" were awarded diplomas and a unique ceramic statuette "Angel of Good", decorated with national ornaments and decorated with amber (joint development of the Association "Ukrainian Amber World" and Ukrainian masters). The winners received diplomas of the regional competition of 2nd and 3rd degrees.
